But we don’t expect you to be disappointed; in fact, if you do choose us as your agent for on your next multi-unit purchase, we will be pleased to offer you:
- Up to $1,000.00 rebate at closing. We reward new clients who 'buckle down' and work with us to make their first purchase with us be smooth and effecient. What does that mean? If you complete the purchase of a multi-unit property within 60 days of joining our Buyer’s Club, we will offer a $1,000.00 rebate on our commission upon closing. If it takes 90 days to complete the process, we offer $500.00—but nothing if it takes longer (on the rationale that we need our agents to be able to quickly move from one client to the next).
