Section 8 rent allowances vary based on a number of factors, but often we see rent allowances like these:
- 8 rm / 4 bdrm / 2 bath: 1,250.00/mo
- 6 rm / 3 bdrm / 1 bath: 1,000.00/mo
- 5 rm / 2 bdrm / 1 bath: 850.00/mo
However, please note that these are 'Schedule B' levels of rent -- and the developer we work with always qualifies for higher, Schedule A. To learn more about the difference, click:
