Section 8 rent allowances vary based on a number of factors, but often we see rent allowances like these:

  • 8 rm / 4 bdrm / 2 bath:     1,250.00/mo
  • 6 rm / 3 bdrm / 1 bath:     1,000.00/mo
  • 5 rm / 2 bdrm / 1 bath:        850.00/mo
